Use LineupUK lawfully

Use LineupUK only for genuine barbering profiles, appointments and related administration. Follow applicable law, third-party rights and the terms that apply to your account or booking.

Do not misuse accounts or data

• Do not access or attempt to access another barber’s account, files, clients or bookings.
• Do not submit false, automated or abusive bookings.
• Do not collect unnecessary sensitive information through profiles, forms or messages.
• Do not sell, pool, scrape or repurpose client contact details for unrelated marketing.

Do not attack the service

• No malware, credential attacks, vulnerability scanning without permission or security-control bypass.
• No denial-of-service, excessive automated traffic, reverse engineering or scraping.
• No interference with availability, notifications, bookings, billing or another user’s device.

Content rules

• Do not impersonate a person or business.
• Do not upload unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit or deceptive content.
• Do not use photographs, names, trade marks or other material without the required rights.
• Do not advertise unrelated goods, illegal services or spam.

Enforcement

We may remove content, rate-limit activity, preserve evidence, suspend an account or report conduct where proportionate. Except in an urgent security or legal case, we explain a remediable problem and give the account holder a reasonable opportunity to correct it.

Report misuse

Email bookings@lineupuk.comwith the URL and enough detail to investigate. Security researchers should follow the separate security reporting instructions.
