Client booking terms
What a client and barber agree when an appointment is made through a LineupUK booking page.

1. The appointment is with the barber
LineupUK supplies booking software. The barber shown on the booking page provides the barbering service and is responsible for its description, price, location, availability, quality and any charge made directly to the client. LineupUK is not a party to that barbering service contract.
2. Making a booking
- Give accurate contact details so the barber can manage the appointment.
- A slot is confirmed only when the confirmation page or message is issued.
- If two people attempt the same slot, the database accepts only one booking.
- Check the service, time, location and barber before confirming.
3. Charges
LineupUK does not collect client deposits or payments. Any price or payment for barbering is between the client and barber. The barber must explain any separate no-show or late-cancellation charge before it applies.
4. Cancelling
Once client cancellation is enabled, the secure cancellation link can be used until two hours before the appointment. The slot is released after cancellation succeeds. Inside two hours, contact the barber directly; LineupUK cannot override the barber’s policy or cancel by email to LineupUK support.
5. Waitlist
A waitlist notification is an invitation to try to book, not a reserved appointment. Everyone eligible may be notified and the first completed booking wins. Others receive a clear unavailable result.
6. Changes by the barber
A barber may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. They are responsible for contacting the client. LineupUK does not guarantee a replacement slot or compensation for travel or other costs.
7. Appropriate use and privacy
Do not submit false bookings, abusive content, another person’s contact details without permission or attempts to disrupt the service. Booking information is handled for the selected barber as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Problems
Contact the barber first about the appointment or barbering service. For a technical or privacy issue with LineupUK, email bookings@lineupuk.com.
