Data rights and account deletion
A clear route for barbers, booking clients and newsletter subscribers to exercise their data rights.

Choose the right contact
- Barber account, newsletter or LineupUK website data: contact LineupUK directly.
- A booking made with a barber: contact that barber first because they control the client record. LineupUK will assist them and route a request received by us.
What you can request
Depending on the processing and applicable exemptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also ask how information was obtained and who received it.
How to submit a request
Email bookings@lineupuk.comfrom the address connected to the account or booking. State the right you want to exercise and enough context to locate the information. Do not attach passports or other identity documents unless we first provide a secure method.
Identity and timing
We may ask for proportionate information to confirm identity and prevent disclosure to the wrong person. We normally respond within one month of receiving a valid request or the information needed to verify it. If a request is unusually complex, we explain any lawful extension.
Account closure
A barber requesting closure should first export records they must retain and contact clients affected by future appointments. We cancel future subscription renewal, disable the account and delete or return client data under the DPA. Information required for legal claims, tax or fraud prevention may be retained only for that purpose; protected backups age out through supplier cycles.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the response, reply so it can be reviewed. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. More detail appears in the Privacy Policy.
